💗💐👶Kate's Last Day!!👶💐💗Tomorrow is Kate's last morning in the gym before she goes on maternity leave. So come down and see her off if you are coming in for a Saturday workout. Both Kate and Sophie will now be on maternity leave and we simply cannot wait to meet both of their baby girls - due only 2 weeks apart!! We will miss them both terribly but wishing them all the joy and happiness for the next chapter of girl-mum life 🥰Keep training like Kate is watching..as you all know she always manages to keep an eye on you somehow😉

Protein!! Women's Health continued...
Most of us (especially us women) are not eating enough protein. As protein is the building blocks for lean muscle mass, this is especially important if you are increasing your amount of exercise or wanting to build strength.
According to the International Society of Sports Nutrition Position Stance on Protein and Exercise, active adults should consume 1.4–2.0 g protein/kg body weight/day (g/kg/d). So if you weigh 80kg, you should consume 112-160g of protein per day. A good rule of thumb is to have protein at every meal.

How much protein are you eating per day?
