Nourishing Wholefood Meal Packs delivered to your door throughout the South West!

All of the food contained within these packs is made by myself, a qualified holistic nutritionist, using only REAL FOOD ingredients and utilising the freshest of local and seasonal produce (organic where possible) - completely free from gluten, refined sugar, vegetable/seed oils, additives, preservatives, and any hidden nasties.

Each pack contains:
~ 1 x 300gm bag Granola
~ 8 x Raw Balls
~ 6 x Cookies
~ 1 x 1lt jar Soup (2-3 serves)
~ 1 x 1lt container Frittata (4 serves)
~ 3 x 1lt containers Mains ~ approx 2-3 serves per container (2 x veg dishes + 1 x meat dish) - Think curries, stews, dahl, pasta, lasagne, slow-cooked meats etc

Price per Meal Pack = $200 

Delivery available throughout the South West from Capel to Witchcliffe (free within 15km Dunsborough) and packaged in compostable/recyclable containers, glass jars and a reusable cooler bag.

Women’s Cooking Circle and Sound ~ An Autumn Edition 🍂

We’re back for 2025 and I’m so excited to continue to share this amazing offering with the beautiful Jacquie from 💕

Event Date: Sunday 30th March
Time: 10:30am-2:30pm

The intention of these events is all about women coming together in the kitchen, cooking in community to create nourishing, soulful meals, using only the freshest of local and seasonal wholefood ingredients, then enjoying what we have created together over a long table lunch, surrounded by the most picturesque setting nestled in the Quindalup bushland 🌿

To top it off, this is followed by a delicious sound bath meditation, where you can be guaranteed to be leaving feeling deeply nourished with hearts and bellies full 💛

Who holds the POWER…FODD or YOU?!

So often when we talk about our diet, we talk about what not to do - what NOT to eat, AVOID these foods, this food is ‘BAD’ for you.

There is SO MUCH information in the nutrition world that’s aimed to make you feel powerless when it comes to your food choices. Diet culture has a lot to answer for!!

When we follow a specific diet that removes whole food groups, restricts how much, how often, and when we are eating…then we lose touch with our intuition around eating…we lose our ability to tune into when we are hungry or full, and what foods contain the nutrients and minerals our body’s need to nourish us.

It is so important to combine our
knowledge surrounding foods that nourish us WITH our intuition.

What if there was a way you can let go of complicated diets that encourage restrictive or destructive eating behaviours?

The most sustainable diet for you is the one that you will follow.

A diet that’s not forced, contains foods you enjoy eating and your body digests well.

A diet that gives you energy and satisfies your hunger.

A diet that fits your lifestyle and current season of life you are in.

There is so much conflicting information out there as to what is the ‘best’ diet - vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, pescatarian, carnivore, LCHF, intermittent fasting, the list goes on…and you can find evidence for and against any of these diets as being the ‘healthiest’ or ‘most sustainable’.

But the truth is, we are all completely unique individuals inside and out, and what works for one person may not work for another.

The diet that works for you is the right diet for you.

Welcome to Mind Body Nutrition!

My name is Danielle and I’m a clinical nutritionist (BHSc) living in Dunsborough, Western Australia. My passion lies in using food as medicine to restore health, by going back to the basics while building a better relationship with food and sharing my knowledge to empower my clients to take control of their own health. I work with my clients in a holistic fashion and believe each persons journey to better health is completely unique so treatment is tailored to the individual, using a wholefood nutritional approach to nourish the mind and body.

I look forward to embarking on this journey with you!
