Two locations in the South West have been added to the Department of Health's list of measles exposure sites.

So far this year WA has recorded 52 cases of measles.

Exposure sites:

Margaret River Emergency Department on 27/10/2025 between 11:00am-7:00pm

Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market on 22/10/2025 between 12:00pm-1:00pm

Measles symptoms include fever, tiredness, runny nose, cough, sore red eyes, and a blotchy red rash and typically occur 10 days after exposure.

Anyone who has visited the listed locations is being urged to be vigilant for symptoms of measles and seek medical advice if they occur.
