🍞 4 Ingredient Oat Bread:
3 cups oats
1 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt
2 eggs, whisked
2 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
👌 How to Prepare:
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
Grind oats into a fine flour in a food processor, then mix with eggs, yoghurt, baking powder, and salt.
Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with butter or low-sugar jam.
