I justed wanted to take a moment to thank the parents who have trusted me to support them on their journey this year. Watching women step into motherhood with growing confidence and trust in themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
Thank you to the grandparents and partners who come to appointments. Your presence, love and advocacy matter.
I’m also endlessly grateful to my own mum, my mother and sister in law, husband and kids, who have shaped this journey and continue to share in and support my passion every step of the way.
I’m incredibly thankful for the passionate, driven women and small businesses in the lactation and women's health space who are genuinely improving outcomes for families, while raising their own. A special thank you to the staff , , , Bree , and - your commitment, values and heart for mothers and babies have truly shaped my year.
Looking ahead to 2026: my goal is to continue improving feeding journeys for families while building on my skills and knowledge, and enjoying and protecting the greatest gift of all — my family.
What’s likely out for 2026: my goal of doing a pull-up by the time I’m 40 with no intention of training and learning what the difference between a story and reel is.
