Mutitjulu Waterhole — the sacred women’s waterhole at Uluru.

Here, the stillness holds the pulse of creation —
the waters that flow like the womb of the Earth herself.
This is a women’s place, a place of deep listening and quiet renewal,
where the L O R E of the Land moves through water, stone, and silence.

In this sacred space, we are reminded of the grandmother energy that weaves all life together —
the ancient stories, the dreaming, the breath of creation still alive in the land.
With deep reverence and gratitude, I acknowledge Mrs Nelly Patterson,
whose presence and custodianship hold the sacredness of this place.

May we walk gently.
May we remember the sanctity of stillness —
the way the land restores itself in the quiet hours,
and how, when we pause to listen,
the same restoration begins within us.

Through surrender to the divine,
she finds alignment with her mission,
her potential, her power, her purpose.

A Sacred Collaboration ~ Breath & Horses in Harmony

We are beyond grateful to be coming together again with Callie from Healing Herd in Dunsborough, alongside her eight magnificent horses, to hold space for a truly transformative experience.

Our first event was nothing short of profound—participants shared words like life-changing, deep clarity, and phenomenal. This is a space where you are invited to fully receive, to be held in the presence of sacred space holders, both human and equine, on Wadandi Boodja, Saltwater Noongar County.

This intimate gathering offers a multi-dimensional 9D breathwork journey, guiding you deep within to reprogram, release, and realign. The horses, as intuitive mirrors, enhance this journey in ways beyond words. Afterwards, we’ll share in nourishing tea and wholesome bites, allowing integration in the beauty of this private setting.

In October, we had the honor of supporting the community here in the South West on Wadandi Boodja, coming together to explore the power of breath. This gathering was about more than just breathing—it was about connection, education, and experiencing how our breath can ground us, release what we no longer need, and open us to something deeper. For many, it was their first time on a transformational breath journey, and it was incredible to witness people discovering what has always been within them. Holding space on this sacred land was a privilege, and we are grateful to be part of a community embracing this work.

Sitting on Wadandi Boodja, held by the land, held in this moment. A moment of stillness, reflection, and presence. In the simplicity, there is contentment. In the breath, there is awareness.

Returning from India, I sit in quiet contemplation—observing, integrating, aligning. Watching the ebb and flow of thoughts, emotions, and the rhythm of a new routine, a new year. Life is a constant dance of adaptation and adjustment, mirroring nature itself—the shifting seasons, the ever-changing landscape.

Holding space—for myself, for family, for community. Honoring the importance of breath, connection, and presence. Grateful for the beauty, the wisdom, the unwavering embrace of this land.



May this be a gentle reminder to carve out time—to sit in silence, to breathe with the land, to listen. Country supports the ecosystem within, just as it holds and sustains all life. In aligning with nature, we align with ourselves.
