Tracey Gartner (Naturopath) is passionate about preventative health and helping people achieve the fitness and wellbeing they desire. Tracey believes health is not simply the absence of disease, but that everyone can feel vital, amazing and full of life. Tracey enjoys all things health, but has a particular passion for women’s health issues including preconception, pregnancy, birth and post-natal health. Tracey also has an interest in thyroid health, gut health, autoimmune conditions, children’s health including introduction of solids, the relationship between food, behaviour and health and a love of healthy food. Due to an early career in elite gymnastics, Tracey has not been with-out her own injuries and health challenges, but feels her own health experiences have taught her invaluable lessons that she can share with you. Her journey has been a long and an ever evolving one, however, Tracey is grateful for her knowledge and credentials, and credits her present good health because of these. Not all healing happens in one session.

Especially when a condition has been there for years. The body often needs time and the right support to respond.

That is why I work with people in different ways. Workshops, retreats, and one to one consults.

For chronic conditions, we usually work together over three or four sessions so the body has space to adjust and settle.

This photo breaks my heart.

I can see the desperation in my eyes. Just wanting to feel remotely normal again. Just wanting to get through a day without crying.

I can feel the ache that sat in my belly back then. That deep, hollow longing for something I would never get back.

This photo with my mum. We were together to mark the first anniversary of losing my daughter.

The day Bae died, everything changed.

I am not the same person. How could I be?

Her death broke me open in ways I do not have words for.
It’s coming up to nine years now. Far out… where did those years go?

But those years weren’t empty. They were spent rebuilding. Trying to make sense of what happened. Trying to make sense of a life that no longer had my little girl in it.

And slowly, piece by piece, something new started to form.
My work started to built on everything I learned walking through that grief.

Through that trauma.

Through more than 20 years as a naturopath…
and really, my whole bloody life experience.

All of it has been integrated into the way I work today.

I call it The Biology of Healing.

And I feel incredibly honoured and honestly a bit emotional to be bringing this into the world.

I have so much wisdom, and I cannot wait to launch this into the world… because there are women out there who are just as desperate as I was to finally feel like themselves again.

To wake up and not feel like they are barely holding it together.
To get through a day without the weight in their chest.
To feel some peace in their body.
To feel hope again.

And most of all… to feel like life is possible again.

Constipation is usually more complex than that. Diet, lifestyle, stress, and underlying health issues all play a role. Relying on quick fixes can lead to dependency and may even make bowel function worse over time.
