I have died and gone to heaven!

I got to spend the day with our , the fabulous Maggie Dent and the beyond gorgeous - and my new - Vanessa Lapointe.

Spent the day and sharing an incredible space with 250 other women who cracked open their hearts and remembered just how amazing and loveable they truly are.

And the EPIC end to the day included the whole room singing at the top of their voices (or was it just me?!🤔) to Celine Dion.

I mean - how does it get any better than that?!!❤️❤️

My heart is full, my energy high and my bestie is Canadian!

Can HIGHLY recommend cuddling some cows at .

We did the full tour so got to feed the pigs, hold some baby chicks and feed the goats aswell!

The kids absolutely loved it and the owner, Chloe, was so beautiful explaining how they run gentle practices at their farm and grow beautiful organic vegetables.

Well worth the morning out to visit and enjoy!

If I don't post it now, it'll take me months to finally post.

Hello there

I've had a few new followers of late so thought I'd introduce myself - and update those who already follow/know me where I'm at.

I'm a 45yo single Mum of two kids (5 & 3) and we live in a small coastal town in Western Australia.

I dabble in energy healing, energy readings, homeopathy, kinesiology, bookkeeping - and have spent 2024 (which I declared in January to be "the Year of ME" working thru my traumas and triggers with an amazing Somatic Healing group with astounding coaches - thank you and )

I've had a few interactions with Human Design and turns out I'm a Projector (for those who know me personally, ain't no surprise there!!)

And one of the traits of a Projector is to "wait for the invitation" or more officially put...."The strategy of a projector is to wait to be invited before they share their knowledge with others or to engage in opportunities"

And for a go-getter, zero patience, let's-do-it-now, Enneagramm 8 type of gal - that has not been easy.

So I'm here - in all my authenticity - to answer ANY AND ALL questions you want to ask. Nothing is off limits and I will reply honestly (unless you're a troll fishing for something gross, then you're not worth my time or effort)

But any question you have - of me, of my modalities, of the world or just in life - ask away. (I'm not saying I have the answers, I'm just saying I'll give it an honest and authentic response)

After a couple years off to grow, eject and nurture my babies, and a deep dive into sleep deprivation, trauma healing and now somatic work - I'm ready to fling open my doors and connect back to what lights me up.

How amazing are women?

We create life!

We sustain life!

And if you're not careful, we take it. 😜😆



No-one ever tells you how hard it is to breastfeed - I mean, it looks so easy! But it's a skill... And even tho bub has instincts, both Mum and bub have to learn how to connect and flow.

I was blessed to feed my boy for 2yrs 8.5mths and I'm still going with my girl who is 9.5mths.

When she first came home, it was a challenge to juggle them both - but I guess that's why we're built with two!!🤔😍

Well done to all the amazing Mumma's out there who have breastfed their kids - be it a day, a week or a year.

And for those who could not or chose not to, well done for creating life and raising little humans!!
