Bowel screening helps find early signs of bowel cancer. The screening kits are easy to use—you only need two tiny poo samples. 💩💩

If you're aged 50-74 and eligible to screen, a free kit gets sent to you every two years—just make sure Medicare has your current address 📫

If you're aged 45 to 49, you can order your first kit now, and you'll keep getting them automatically after that.

To order your first kit, replace a lost or expired one, or follow up on one that never arrived, visit www.ncsr.gov.au/boweltest.

The Head of the TGA and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) have issued a joint statement reaffirming the safety of Australia’s vaccines.

Vaccination is one of the most successful and cost-effective public health measures worldwide. It remains one of the most effective ways to protect people from many serious infectious diseases.

Over the past 50 years, childhood vaccines have prevented 154 million deaths globally, the vast majority in children under five.

Parents seeking reassurance about the health decisions they make for their children deserve clear, evidence-informed advice to support those decisions. Parents and carers are encouraged to discuss any questions with their trusted healthcare professionals.
