🎉 Congratulations to Friendly Pharmacy Dural on 10 wonderful years! 🎉

I was delighted to attend the 10-year anniversary celebrations of Friendly Pharmacy Dural and to congratulate Diksha Mehrotra and her wonderful team on this fantastic milestone.

Friendly Pharmacy Dural is a not-for-profit, community-owned pharmacy that has made an outstanding contribution to local health and wellbeing over the past decade. From prescriptions and vaccinations to medication reviews, counselling services and everyday health needs, their focus has always been on caring for people — not profits.

Under Diksha’s leadership, the pharmacy has gone from strength to strength — providing jobs for locals and building strong community connections through local market days, donations and the sponsorship of swimming scholarships for children with additional needs, making a real difference well beyond the dispensary.

Their member-owned model provides meaningful benefits, including retail discounts, free Webster packing services, local delivery and exclusive member offers, helping to keep healthcare accessible and affordable for our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this milestone including our dedicated team, valued members, supporters and community leaders. We were honoured to welcome Mayor Dr Michelle Byrne - Mayor of the Hills Shire Council and Local State Member Mark Hodges - Member for Castle Hill as part of our celebrations.

As a not-for-profit community-owned pharmacy everything we do is centred around people, providing trusted advice, accessible healthcare and giving back locally. Over the past 10 years our growth has been made possible by the commitment of our team, the loyalty of our members and the ongoing support of the community - something we are truly grateful for.

We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together and excited for what’s ahead. 💙💚
