Today I had the pleasure hosting a meditation workshop for some awesome kids, so blessed ✨

As I integrate my Clinical and holistic approach.

My intention is to foster both clinical and holistic adaptations so that my clients can experience the benefits of practical and well structured therapy.

What this may look like is a combination of third wave CBT therapy with Psychotherapy. Additionally, group therapy is ideal for those individuals who are looking at connecting with others to buid deeper connections or to seek support in a welcoming environment.

The sessions are avalible if you are interested in community services or personal development.

Bridging Ancient Wisdom with evidence based research methods to assist in deeper connection to yourself and others. Learning to foster connection in group environments are deeply rewarding. And often are exactly what we need when needing emotional, mental or physical support.

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support, trust and kindness you’ve shown me throughout my journey with Spiritual Lines . Being part of your healing journey’s has been an absolute privilege, and I’m truly honoured to have shared those moments of growth, connection , and stillness with each of you.
Life has a way of guiding us toward new chapters , and I’m excited to share that I’ll be embarking on a sea change - a calling I’ve felt deeply for some time. While this means I’ll be moving on from my current location , my passion for meditation and wellness remains as strong as ever. I hope to continue Spiritual Lines Meditation once I am settled , and I look forward to reconnecting with you in the future - whether in person or through new offerings to come.
