Hello Beautiful People ✨️🙏

It has been quite awhile between posts. Life has been alot these past couple months. Never a dull moment for us. I had also taken a little rest from social media, to engage with my family and friends.

I hope everyone is feeling loved and healthy.
I will post dates I have available.

Also December is just around the corner and I will be starting to fill up. Please get in early especially if you are wanting a deep clean with your maintenance to be all fresh for the holiday season.

This is it. The map makes it clear. For the first time in 60 years, Western Australians can have our say on Alcoa’s forest mining plans endforestmining.org.au/alcoa

Alcoa—a US company—is already mining our WA Jarrah forests.

And now it wants to expand.

This will have serious long-term permanent impacts.

Alcoa wants to bulldoze 11,500ha of the world's only Jarrah forest. (That's 27.5 Kings Parks or around 5,355 Optus Stadium playing surfaces.)

This is environmental vandalism, at industrial scale.

The map makes it clear. These plans:
❌ Threaten Boorloo/Perth’s drinking water posed by strip mining activity within Reservoir Protection Zones and broader water catchment areas
❌ Will destroy entire ecosystems and impact local biodiversity
❌ Intersect with the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail and will impact our nature tracks
❌ Will destroy precious habitat for Black Cockatoos, Woylies, and Numbats.
This isn’t abstract. It’s mapped. Measurable. And it's devastating.

We have the world’s only Jarrah forests here in WA.

Instead of bulldozing these forests, WA should be protecting them.

So we need you to speak up.

Be a voice for nature.

These areas of forest will be gone forever if this forest mining expansion goes ahead.

Restoration is not possible.

Alcoa’s proposal has been released for public comment by the WA Environmental Protection Authority (EPA). Submissions close 21 August.

We need massive public pressure.

Tens of thousands of voices. Loud and clear.

We need to End Forest Mining expansions.

Massive shoutout to Catherine Fewings for facilitating this beautiful experience of Birthing our own Spirit Drum.
This is something I have wanted to do for many years, and yesterday was perfect divine timing.
