At our classes we make things relatable and simplified. In first aid it's very easy to get overwhelmed with information. As a business that is passionate about delivering life-saving skills, we also recognise that this can be an intense situation. Doing a debrief after an eventful first aid experience is a great way to process it in the long run. This can be done with whomever you feel comfortable with, whether it's friends, colleagues, helplines, or doctors. It's okay not to be okay.

Proud moment for Australia and our small business achievements. Surfing is our passion, and to say we got to train the Olympic Surfing team is an absolute honour. Massive congrats to Jack for bringing home the silver. I'll be expecting sub-8-minute swims from all of you next year! 📷Bemmy!
