GET READY FOR ACTION!!! 💫OUR NEW TERM OF STRETCH CLASSES STARTS SOON!

COME AND DO SOMETHING GREAT FOR YOUR BODY! 💪🏽⭐️😻

Starting the week beginning Monday, April 28 at Central Coast Body Mechanics, East Gosford.

Classes run on Monday nights and Thursday nights, 6pm-7.30pm.

Our classes have been run every week for 25 years and have helped hundreds of Central Coast residents to feel great in their body.

Now it's your turn to feel great!!! 😃🤩😇

The term of classes goes for nine weeks and we have spaces available in our Monday 6pm class and our Thursday 6pm class.

Both are instructed by Tim Barrett, a certified Stretch Therapist, musculoskeletal acupuncturist and the principal of Central Coast Body Mechanics.

Each class goes for 90 minutes with the aim being to stretch every major muscle group of the body each week.

Whatever you level of flexibility, you will be challenged in the class.

Participants report that our Stretch Classes:

✅ Improve their flexibility
✅ Help them move with greater ease
✅ Bring relief to niggling muscle pain
✅ Help them sleep more soundly

We cater for participants from all walks of life, from sporty people to tradespeople, to office workers and retirees.

Classes are held at our clinic - Central Coast Body Mechanics, 37 Althorp St, East Gosford, NSW.

The cost is $180 for a nine-week term for either the Monday or Thursday class OR $280 to do both classes each week.

Happy New Year, everybody!!

We're very happy to have more available appointments for massage in 2025!

Kylan is a bright new massage therapist and we are proud to have him onboard.

He is offering a variety of appointments including massage only, Stretch Therapy only, or a combination of the two.
