Meet Alison
Alison is one of our Senior Psychologists. She is new to the team, but brings many years of experience. Her area of expertise is Perinatal psychology, which means she supports people with;
- Perinatal (antenatal and postnatal) depression and anxiety, which affects up to one in five new mothers and one in ten new fathers.
- Birth trauma or distressing labour experiences.
- Miscarriage, stillbirth, and loss.
- Difficulty bonding or attaching with the baby.
- Adjustment to parenthood and changes in identity and relationships.
She has around 5 spots before there will be a wait to get in to see her.

Alex and I (I’m Trent, the psychologist) wanted to provide people with a reliable health business, built on family values to provide a service that connects with people long term. We are here to stay and are eager to support our community. Our team is small and we aim to stay that way.
