Maitland Food Co-op Offering food support each week through low-cost food items, free bread, fruit & vegies.

As a project of House of Grace Community Care, the Maitland Food Co-op supports families, individuals of all ages & those doing it tough across the Maitland region. Maitland Food Co-op was established in 2005 as a Community-aid arm of a local church. In 2024 the Food Co-op moved out of the Maitland Goal to its new location and joined House of Grace Community Care. Our vision is to offer a wide range of free and low-cost grocery and household items to those in need of assistance. The low-cost contribution is applied to the items available, to help us to continue providing this valuable service. In addition to the Food Co-op, further support services are also available through House of Grace Community Care. The Maitland Food Co-op currently operates on Thursdays & Fridays from 10:00am - 2:00pm

It's Food Co-op time again. New on the shelves this week we have potato chips, Maltesers, tasty cheese slices, sweet chilli sauce and satay sauce.

This Christmas, to help fill the cupboards we are celebrating with a mega-sale day and FREE BBQ lunch.

We are taking an extra 30% off all food items in the The Maitland Food Co-op all day.

WHEN: 10:00am to 2:00pm, Thursday 18 December

From 11:00am to 1:00pm come and receive a free BBQ lunch, with prizes and a whole heap of fun.
