Glad to hear it!!! In the Uk from 2026 Woman 40+ presenting to a GP with common perimenopause symptoms will be asked questions in relation to their health and no longer ignoring common symptoms but directing them towards better support during this time of biological change. Before menopause!!

Preventative measures are always better than too little too late!!

Knowing what is going on (education) inables woman the ability to better help themselves too and seek out the right type of help!! Ie: counseling, bone density scans and weight resistance training (if already training) types of training for hormonal imbalances 40’s + and nutrition (types of food to help during this time of life.)

ie: increasing good fats etc. 🏄🏽‍♀️🧘‍♀️🤸🏼‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🎯

Getting the right information and being informed is helpful in seeking the best forms of support and appropriate treatment.
Cognitive changes are one if the earliest symptoms affecting woman through this biological change.

Night sweats and sleep disturbances (often dismissed as caused by stress) are a common sign and symptom indicating a woman is furthermore into perimenopause.

Being aware and mindful about such changes is one way to be supportive.
