U-choose Support Service U-choose is a registered NDIS provider that focuses on you, the participant, by offering choice in all aspects of your personally designed support care.

U-choose Independent Support Services empowers you the participant, to be actively involved in the selection of your own personalised staff, your specific days and hours. This personalised hands on approach provides flexible and tailored supports to suit your own unique circumstances and lifestyle. Services U-choose provides:

• Individualised supports matched to client’s choice
• STA (short term accommodation)
• Personal care
• Independent travel and transport
• Daily Living skills
• Participation within the community and recreational activities.
• Mental health self-care and self-management
• Social and relationship skills
• Support services for NDIS participants that are Plan or Self-
managed.
• Home and yard maintenance – Small repairs, gardening.

It’s Melbourne Cup week at U-Choose!

We’re open this Monday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with our Holistic Fitness crew ready to kickstart the week strong.

On Tuesday we’ll be taking a short break - the office will be closed and programs paused while we all enjoy Melbourne Cup Day.

Then it’s straight back to it on Wednesday with our team in full swing and Wacky Arts bringing the creativity back to life.

Our on-call service will still be monitored as usual.
