U-choose Support Service

U-choose is a registered NDIS provider that focuses on you, the participant, by offering choice in all aspects of your personally designed support care.

U-choose Independent Support Services empowers you the participant, to be actively involved in the selection of your own personalised staff, your specific days and hours. This personalised hands on approach provides flexible and tailored supports to suit your own unique circumstances and lifestyle. Services U-choose provides:

• Individualised supports matched to client’s choice
• STA (short term accommodation)
• Personal care
• Independent travel and transport
• Daily Living skills
• Participation within the community and recreational activities.
• Mental health self-care and self-management
• Social and relationship skills
• Support services for NDIS participants that are Plan or Self-
managed.
• Home and yard maintenance – Small repairs, gardening.

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to let our beautiful community know that our U-Choose office will be closed from Wednesday 24th December at 3pm.
We’ll be back in the office on Monday 5th January 2026 from 8.30am.

All U-Choose programs will be paused during this period. Our on-call phone will continue to be monitored for urgent matters.

We wish everyone a beautiful Christmas, a safe and restful New Year, and a joyful time across all the festivities ahead. We hope you’re able to slow down, recharge, and spend time doing what matters to you.

The festive season can be tough for some.

Join us as we celebrate the International Day of People with Disability at Echuca Recreation Reserve on Tuesday 2nd December 2025.

This community event will run from 10am to 1pm and includes inclusive games and activities, local business stalls, guest speakers, food and drinks, and full accessible amenities for everyone attending.

It’s a great chance to connect, explore what’s on offer, and enjoy a welcoming morning surrounded by our community.

We’re keen to see you there.
