Receptionist – Part Time / Casual

One Focus Health is a growing private allied health clinic, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our administration team.

Our clinic is home to a passionate team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, a Speech Pathologist, an Exercise Physiologist, and an Allied Health Assistant. We pride ourselves on delivering client-centred care in a collaborative, supportive, and welcoming environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that values innovation, inclusivity, and strong community connections.

Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing bookings, schedules, and client communications (in person, over the phone, and via email)
-Processing payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks
-Maintaining an organised and inviting reception and clinical spaces
-Supporting allied health practitioners and assisting the broader administration team
-Contributing to the smooth daily operations of the clinic with excellent time management and multitasking skills

Must-Haves
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and proactive under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and - attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
