Young people aged 12-17 are invited to a night of music, dancing, face painting, photo booth fun, Just Dance competitions, giveaways, and free food and drinks. The event is safe, inclusive, drug and alcohol-free, and fully supervised.

Last week, R U OK? Day hosted a community BBQ at Hopwood Gardens, bringing everyone together for a day filled with connection, good food, and great conversations.

The headspace Echuca team joined alongside Lifeline and The Local Echuca, Mind Australia to support the events and remind everyone to check in with the people around them

CLK Long Lunch for Mental Health 2025

What an incredible afternoon at Radcliffe’s for the CLK Long Lunch for Mental Health!

Headspace Echuca was so grateful to be part of such an inspiring event, surrounded by passionate community members and local organisations all coming together to start real conversations about mental health.

A huge thank-you to CLK First National for hosting and to all the guest speakers who shared their stories with honesty, vulnerability, and courage.

It was an honour to sit alongside so many dedicated voices during the “On the Couch” panel and to represent headspace Echuca.

Threads of Pride

Threads of Pride is a community arts based project bringing LGBTIQA+ young people together to celebrate and form a sense of identity, connection, and belonging.

We will weave colourful threads of wool and pride creating a masterpiece that will be visible to the whole community as they pass by our centre each and every day. Every thread added is a symbol of pride, resilience, and hope, enhancing the visibility of our support to the LGBTIQA+ community and their allies.

We invite young people 12 - 17 years of age to join and support the making of this work. Your presence, your story, and your creativity matter. Follow the link below to register your interest prior to the 13th of October.
