Our Women’s Water Aerobics Program is returning for another 4-week block and we can’t wait to see you there!

We’re inviting local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women to join us for fun, movement, connection, and culture in a safe and supportive space. This year includes both water aerobics sessions AND virtual workouts!
