What made you chose pharmacy?
I get to combine science, healthcare, and helping people. It’s a fun profession, you never know what each day will bring.

Dream holiday destination?
My dream is to one day go to the Maldives, but I would settle for hanging out with my sister who lives in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Favourite thing about community pharmacy?
Getting to know customers like they are family and friends and developing close knit relationships with them

Favourite way to relax?
Relaxation, what’s that? 😆 Being out with our horses and watching my girls ride.

Pharmacist Friday ~ Sleep tight, wake up bright ✨

This week, meet our sleep queen Alison 🤭 Al answered some questions for us and we wanted to share her response.

What made you chose pharmacy?
I didn’t get the marks to get into Veterinary science at Melbourne University and pharmacy was my second preference. Luckily I really liked it once I started and stuck with it!

Go to snack?
Rice crackers and avocado dip. Yum! 🥑

Favourite thing about community pharmacy?
The people, contact and the relationships with our lovely customer base. They make us feel appreciated especially when a box of chocolates or flowers turns up unexpectedly.

Favourite song/band?
Lots across different genres but probably Midnight Oil, Kosciusko is a long time fav
