Mission - To create one-of-a-kind events with our expertise, creativity and commitment We encourage all family, friends, local businesses and surrounding community to interact with the management team through our online forum. By following the guidelines below, all members of our online community will feel welcome and valued.
1. RESPECTFUL – It is important that all members of the community are treated with dignity and respect. Please don’t use hostile or obscene language, or make negative comments about the management team, family, friends, local businesses and surrounding community part of the page in any form. This page is for updates, questions, information, competitions and supportive conversations. It is not a forum for debating controversial or personal issues.
2. APPROPRIATE – Our page is for the immediate and wider community so ethnic slurs, personal insults, explicit & obscene language & images have no place here.
3. RELEVANT – Please stick to the topic of discussion. Off-topic personal conversations that have no relevance to the post should stay on your personal page. All posts and comments on the page will be relevant to the main event or upcoming fundraising.
4. NON-COMMERCIAL – The Management Team does not accept posts of a commercial nature on our page and these will be deleted. The team will put up information about sponsors that have signed onto our event. If interested in helping with the event please contact us privately.
5. LEGAL – Please be aware of copyright laws, intellectual property rights and the privacy law when posting, sharing and commenting. The Management team will delete posts that contain discriminatory or defamatory posts that relate to ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or belief, or that encourage illegal activity. By liking and following our page you give permission for us to use any pictures and content that you share on the page. All actions on this page are subject to the Facebook Terms of Service. We know that you will have open and positive conversations as part of our Journey Explore Taste event family. Please follow our guidelines so that every member of our online community can participate, and so that the event spirit and community values are celebrated. Our page is moderated and any post that violates our guidelines will be deleted. The person posting against guidelines also risks being blocked from posting in the future.
