Sit down and look back on memories that stick out to you the most. Why do they stand out? Usually, it’s because it was a moment that ingrained something in you.

You achieved more than what you thought. You’ve just got to recognise it.

🎉 Tayla’s Tonics Turns 2! 🎉

I can’t believe it’s already been two whole years of Tayla’s Tonics! 🧡 I’m beyond grateful for every single patient who has trusted me with their health journey — it’s been such an incredible privilege to help so many men and women feel better, heal deeper, and take charge of their wellbeing.
To celebrate this exciting milestone, I’m thrilled to announce a new chapter for Tayla’s Tonics 🌿

✨ I’ll be moving to a brand new space at Allegra Pilates Therapy Rooms in Thornton!

✨ Along with the move, there will be a small restructure to bookings to help me accommodate the beautiful growth of this business. With this will be a new booking platform.

Here’s what’s new:

🔅 Wednesdays → Face-to-face consults and online 9am - 8pm
🔅 Fridays → Online consults only 9am - 5pm
🔅 Saturdays → Online consults only 10am - 2pm

There may be opportunities for face to face consults on Friday’s and Saturdays in the future so keep your eyes peeled!

Why is everyone taking magnesium?

Because of cortisol babes.

Magnesium plays a HUGE role is regulating our stress, and when we run out of stores, we can’t regulate that stress response efficiently.

This leads to a cascade of functional issues like digestion and gut health, mental health, muscle repair and function, nutrient deficiencies, and more.

Getting the right form, compound, dose, dosage, and timing is crucial though, so I recommend speaking to a health professional like myself before grabbing something sub par from the supermarket.

It’s all well and good to take magnesium supplements for your presenting symptoms, but understanding how these symptoms are occurring play a huge role. And that’s why I pride myself on finding root causes for your problem. Supplementing is fantastic to get you back on your feet, but until you figure out why you’re depleted in magnesium and addressing this issue, you’ll never be ahead.

Tayla and Lauren have teamed up to create space and education to help you understand the importance of regulating your cortisol 📉
Cortisol is our stress hormone, and when we don’t have this regulated we experience a cascading downfall of every system in our body.

This 2 hour workshop will held in the amazing and beautiful creative space at in Carrington NSW. The experience will be packed with educational talks from Bachelor qualified Clinical Naturopath, Tayla Parker, a guided breath work and meditation class with Lauren June embraced in her skills of sound healing, along with taste sampling medicinal herbs, teas, and supplements ☕️🌿

You will have the opportunity to meet your facilitators, ask questions, and immerse yourself in a community of like minded people.
