🌟 TripleCN Community Care Collective is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our incredible crew! 💙
Whether you're easing back in or ready to dive into something meaningful, we're starting you off at 2 days per week (casual) — with a clear pathway to full-time 38 hours as we grow together.

What we're looking for:
We want someone who brings heart AND skill to the table. You'll thrive here if you're:
✅ A great communicator who rolls with the punches
✅ Confident working autonomously while honouring policy and procedure
✅ A natural team player in a multidisciplinary setting
✅ Eager to both learn and share knowledge with those around you
✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital systems
✅ Familiar with (or keen to learn) the NDIS Practice Standards

What you'll be doing:
You'll be out in the community making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people every single day. Your role will include:
🩺 IDC & SPC management and changes
💉 PEG and Port-a-Cath care
📋 Report writing
🩹 Wound assessment and management

TripleCN Community Care Collective currently has capacity for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy supports for young adults in the Newcastle, Lake Mac and Maitland areas.

Our therapists support young people to build skills for independence, communication, emotional regulation, daily living, study, work, and community participation, aligned to individual NDIS goals.
