What a busy time of year. The Eidsvold Cattle Drive Inc and finale is over, ANZAC Day is this Saturday, and the Annual Show and Campdraft is on in under 2 weeks, plus all the normal commitments we have in life. I will bet there are some stressed and sore bodies out there. I have massage appointments still available this Thursday and Friday and next week as well. Well this product is good for just about everything and you don't even have to ingest it anymore to reap the benefits. Castor oil is the deepest penetrating oil and is strong enough to break down a bone spur and gentle enough to moisturise your skin. PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT
Following on from last weeks spotlight with the salt, we now stock these amazing salt grinders made from very fine porcelain ceramic material, free of metal impurities and BPA free. I don't know about you, but i go through grinders really quickly. When looking for a new grinder last year, I noticed in the fine print that many of them actually had "do not use salt in this grinder" written on them. Most grinders are made using metal or nylon parts as their grinding mechanism, which salt would corrode. This ceramic grinder doesn't have metal or nylon parts and therefore should last me a life time, as it feels like it wouldn't break even if my fumble fingers were to drop it. Celtic Sea Salt contains 84 minerals, which are the same as the 84 elements found in our bodies. 24 of these are essential for life. When the body is lacking in certain minerals, the balance is thrown out and the body lets us know by means of muscles cramps, dehydration, etc. The minerals in natural sea salt help with an array of issues as our diets these days are low in many of the minerals found in sea salt. Sweating reduces the electrolytes in the body and drinking lots of water dilutes what is left. Putting a pinch of sea salt into your water bottle or taking a crystal under the tongue before drinking water can significantly improve your electrolytes and reduce the risk of cramps, it can rehydrate you faster as the organic compounds and the hydrophilic ability, take the water directly to the cells and where needed. Table salt is highly processed and all that is left is sodium and aluminium. Some add iodine and anti-caking agents to it as well. I think I will stick with what nature has provided for us.
