Through helping family and friends, I discovered the power of touch which then launched my career as a massage therapist. I felt I needed more information to help my clients regain their movement and help to stretch out the tight and contracted muscles between massage appointments, which then sent me in the direction of yoga. I am passionate about helping people to stay mobile for as long as they can. The old saying “If you don’t use it, you lose it”, is so true.
