However, before I was here guiding others, I was navigating my own winding path through fatigue, hormone chaos, gut struggles, inflammation, anxiety and brain fog. For years, I did "all the right things"—until I realised that my body needed more than good intentions. I needed real answers, not quick fixes. That’s when everything changed.
