Qigong practice is happening tomorrow morning from 9.30-11am at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre in the Dance Studio.

We have 2 more weeks of class before I go to Japan for 5 weeks.

With the weather warming up, now is a great time to start a new health practice. We will be focusing on functional movement, energy meridian activation, dantian breathing and meditation.

Have you been interested in learning breathwork?

The foundation of qigong practice is based on dantian breathing, a powerful breathing technique that can transform the physical and emotional body in profound ways.

This breathing technique is very subtle, but if practiced daily over time, the changes will gradually increase internal energy and vitality.

❄️ With winter setting in, Qigong is an excellent practice to warm the body and protect our energy during the colder months, as we require more energy to stay warm during winter.

☯️ The Qigong forms we practice will help improve circulation and energy flow throughout the body. We will also focus on tonifying the kidney qi, which is vital during the winter months.
