What do you do when your Sunday afternoon
Hypno-Reiki client cancels? SELFCARE it is!

I run Hypno-Reiki sessions from the beautiful Laze, Nelson Bay. Today I had a cancellation, so thought some self love was in order. In this vid I’m doing a sauna and ice bath, however a perfect add on to a Hypno-Reiki session would be a 30 min magnesium float in the private pool.

This week, I received an unexpected and deeply meaningful gift from a beautiful Soul. It was exactly what I needed at this point in my life, and I was truly taken aback.
