Our classes are small-group based, tailored by exercise physiologists, and perfect for building strength, confidence, and community. We tailor to a mix of private and Diabetes II referral clients so there is something for everyone!

This week we had our very own powerlifting expert Felicity lead us through a session focused on squat and bench press technique and progression. 🏋🏻‍♀️

We’re so lucky to have a team with a variety of skills and experiences so we can learn from each other and pass that knowledge to our clients.
