2025 was a Big year for me!
- In May I ran my 2nd Japan Moxa Tour, which was even bigger & better than the first. We studied how to use moxa more in our practices with 3 different teachers in Imabari, Kyoto & Tokyo; learned how moxa was made in Nagahama; climbed to the top of Mt Ibuki, spiritual home of mugwort; ate great food; stayed in fabulous places; and had an awesome time β©οΈπΏ
- Then in September I ran my very first Retreat in Bali called Energy Clearing Through the 5 Elements. It was an incredible, transformational experience in a stunning location with a beautiful group of women πͺ·β¨οΈ
- I ran another Moxa Workshop in Melbourne, which was a lot of fun and well received πΏπ₯
- My clinic thrived as I helped many new and regular clients with diverse issues from migraines, sore backs, insomnia, digestive issues, to mental health and emotional support etc etc πͺπ
- Miwa finished year 11 (how did that happen?!), and is well placed going into her final year at schoolπ€π«£
- But sadly we also said goodbye to our dear dog of the past 9 years, Jazzy, as well as my teacher whom I did my apprenticeship with over 20 years ago, Katsuhiko Okuma-sensei, both of whom were much loved and I miss everyday ππ
