Genius Wellbeing Yoga & Pilates Come along for down-to-earth Yoga & Mat Pilates to restore your focus and energy. Our Eltham venue is tranquil, spacious, with doors onto the rear garden.

Zoom & Video courses. Private sessions. We also teach at Melb Uni Sport. Yoga focuses and calms the mind. It develops strength and flexibility. Relaxation fosters contentment and replenishes energy. We teach a dynamic style of Hatha Yoga. Precise instructions emphasise postural alignment, yoga equipment allows everyone to practise to their full capacity. Stillness in each posture allows the mind to reflect. Pilates exercises are simple yet precise flowing movements that focus on core strength. With regular practice you will soon feel and see a leaner, strengthened physique and a wonderful sense of wellbeing and vitality.
