The Optimal Health Lab is getting scientific sports and rehabilitative medicine into our Diamond Valley community. Inside our clinic we house an expert team of allied health practitioners creating a management program to achieve your optimal functioning. Using our onsite ‘Strength Lab’, which is combining the best of Clinical Pilates, rehabilitation and gym equipment, your rehabilitation needs are meet without leaving the building. She shared oh so many helpful gems on biology, the clinical uses and the important practicalities of injection therapies like cortisone, PRP and hyaluronic acid gels!
