Looks like it’s going to be a yoga retreat here for next year winter escape, somewhere around June/July 2026 for 5 days, this venue is 1 hour south of Kuala Lumpur airport called Pantai, in the state of Seremban, Malaysia. Secluded from the tourist environment as the owner only renting out to friends. So anyone interested? Or thinking about it. Please DM me for more details.

Christmas lockdown. Thank you the committee of this monastery for allowing me to stay for my annual self imposed lockdown. It”s not going to be that bad, if bored go on a durian treasure hunt. Merry Christmas everyone. It’s just me, mosquitoes, 3 other residents and durians this Christmas.

Pic (5) budget 3 for the price of 1 or 2 for the price of 1 massage is going to be back 1/2/26, if the economy crashes I can make it cheaper in a group massage/cupping and guided meditation to overcome the economic jitters.
Pic (6) mobile massage, cupping and guided meditation at your office, home or mechanic workshop will return 1/2/26.

Weekly Tuesday Yoga classes at Montmorency secondary college will be back on 3/2/26.

Last class for the year is on Tuesday Dec 9th, 2025.There will be no yoga classes from Dec 14th till Jan 31st, 2026 when I am on holiday. Classes will recommence on Tuesday February 3/1/2026.

Merry Christmas and thank you for the support for the year for those who still attend the classes at Montmorency or online.
