As a mum of 4, I know how hard it can be to find time to exercise.

That's why, at Elwood Pilates it is now possible to book a Mums and Bubs class.

And if the allocated time slot does not work for you, no worries: come with a friend and create your own Mums and Bubs class.

Catching up weekly with a friend, exercising at the same time whilst being both able to keep an eye on your precious one.

Let's make access to exercise easy!

New flyers are out ... Pretty exciting! Studio is now opened Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays school hours, Mondays-Thursdays 7-9 pm and 6.15-7.15 am twice a week.
Summer is 2 months away... Give it a go.
