Stretch & Sip Sundays is a 6-week online wellness series for women of all ages, designed to bring you calm, clarity, and connection—right from your living room.
Each Sunday at 4:30 PM (AEST), we meet on Zoom for 45 minutes of light movement and real talk about what really supports your health and happiness. You’ll leave feeling grounded, energised, and ready to start your week with purpose.

45-Minute Sessions via Zoom
* ✨ 20 minutes: Gentle, guided stretching (no yoga experience needed)
* 🍷 5-minute sip break – tea, wine, coffee, kombucha – your choice!
* 💬 20 minutes: Supportive discussion on a health & wellness topic

🌸 Stretch & Sip Sundays�A relaxed 6-week series starting Sunday 24th August at 4:30 PM, finishing 28th September.
Each session is 45 minutes on Zoom and includes:�🧘‍♀️ 20 mins of gentle stretching (nothing fancy!)�☕ A sip break – tea, wine, whatever you like�💬 A real chat about one simple wellness topic each week (sleep, stress, nutrition, etc.)

It’s light, positive, and designed to set you up for a good week – without taking over your Sunday. You’ll finish in time for dinner or whatever else you’ve got on.
Can’t make every week? No worries – I’ll record the sessions so you can catch up when it suits you.
