💪✨ Let’s talk exercise through the menopausal transition!

In our latest blog, we broke down what’s really happening in the body during menopause — and one thing was clear: exercise is one of the most powerful tools you have.

Here’s the ideal weekly prescription for the menopausal transition:
🏋️‍♀️ Resistance training: 2–3x/week at 70–85% of your 1RM — crucial for bone & muscle health.
❤️ Aerobic training: 150 mins/week at 60–80% HR max — supports heart health and overall fitness.
🔥 HIIT or Sprint Intervals: 1–2x/week — not only great for your heart but may help reduce hot flushes.
🦵 Impact exercise: 3–5x/week, start with ~50 impacts (jumps, hops, heel drops) — key for strong bones.

It might sound like a lot, but remember — something is always better than nothing! 🙌
