What is this Long Slow Deep Yoga (L*D) & why are there only 4 classes a year?
Have you heard of yin yoga? L*D is a yin style yoga class with a focus on hips, hamstrings & spine.
It is 2 hours of yoga & you get to choose how you are supported. Whether it be using props of bolsters just like in the photo, blocks, cushions, blankets, & straps in a dark, cosy room lit with fairy lights, quiet relaxing tunes, soft essential oils scents & time for you to relax, to journey inwards, creating space for whatever it is you need in this moment. A perfect opportunity to get reconnected with yourself, preparing to slow down when everything around you is ramping up!
With the lead up to Christmas, now is the perfect time to gift yourself, or a loved one, a friend, or a secret Santa gift, a spot in the last Long Slow Deep Yoga for 2025.

When: 15 November 2025
Time: 3pm to 5pm arrive by 2:45pm & we may go 15mins overtime!
Where: Stadium Premier Fitness Group Fitness Room (membership not required)
What to bring: a mat, cushions, blanket, bolster & blocks if you have them & water.

You can even join online via zoom if you don't live in region or would prefer to have the practice in the comfort of your own home!
This class is only held 4 times a year because they are so special & an important tool to help you reconnect deeply to your body to bring relief to the parts of you that may be feeling a little tighter than the rest!
