Bring in 2019 touching your joy: Let’s together celebrate it and focus on our gratitude: A six week group focusing on our joy.Each group will last ninety minutes.1 session will begin on January 24th from 7-8;30 pm.
Cost $39 per session. Each person will create there own joy mantra.We will start Each group with check in and guided meditation.We will create a joy vision board.Session two we will journal about our greatest joy and write a poem about it .
Session three we will create a joy box containing elements ,symbols ,objects that bring us the greatest joy.
Session 4, we will talk about how to bring more joy into our lives.Session 5 we will come up with our own joy affirmations.
Session 6 we will create a joy mobile made out of our affirmations string and wire. Most materials will be provided.
