Why Parkside Sports Physio?

We exist to help active, healthy people get back to doing what they love.

WE ARE YOU

All of our Physio team at Parkside enjoy sport, exercise and physical activity.

Have a look, we are next to you on the start line of that Parkrun or Triathlon, out on the soccer field, the MTB trails, the ski slopes or the netball court alongside you. We’re walking the dog, coaching our kids, having a surf down the coast (no playing with Grandkids yet!!) We have all made the same mistakes as you, been injured like you and have been frustrated, annoyed and bored with being unable to compete or have fun. We understand what it’s like and empathise with you. We’ve got your back.
