Doug Grimson Visionworks Optometrists is a locally owned, independent Optometry practice. The practice owner and optometrist, Doug, is a local man growing up in the Sutherland Shire before moving down the coast for 6 years, where he gained valuable experience in all areas of optometry. Doug is happy to be home and is looking forward to settling into Engadine for the rest of his career. Bronwyn is an experienced fully qualified Optical Dispenser with over 30 years experience. Anna is our new Optical Assistant with a great aptitude for the optical industry. They are both excited in their new roles and aim to develop relationships and provide personalised service with all patients of Doug Grimson Visionworks Optometrists. We have state-of-the-art equipment for accurate and early diagnoses of all eye condition. The equipment includes:
- Zeiss Automated Visual Fields Analyser for detecting glaucoma.
- Nidek Duo (OCT and Digital Retinal Image) for detecting a wide range of eye diseases.
- Goldmann tonometry
