📢 Birth announcement! 💙

We welcomed Jonathan Benedict, the youngest Mikheal brother, a month ago via emergency c-section which means my recovery will take longer than anticipated. Instead of returning to massage this month, I will be focusing on rehabilitation so I can regain the strength needed to serve you.

That's a wrap for 2022! 🙌

I want to thank you for your support. Mikheal Bodyworks really wouldn't be here without you.

The beginning of 2023 will bring some changes to Mikheal Bodyworks:

1️⃣ As of today I will be taking some time off to welcome another Mikheal into this world.

If all goes well with our birth and recovery, I aim to be back behind the table early March 2023. Please keep an eye on this page for the latest updates.

2️⃣ The treatment space will be moving.

I've loved every minute of working within the Body Revival Health & Fitness gym and especially getting to know the amazing community, but as the gym moves locations... so must I. I will update you all in the new year with the new location once I have secured a space.

I wish you and your loved ones all the blessings of abundant health in 2023 and beyond.
