Congratulations to Monique for earning her Pro Card at the Nat Bod Bodybuilding competition over the weekend! This is a huge achievement! Monique would have to be one of the most dedicated bodybuilders I have ever met. To come back on stage after a significant injury and absolutely smashing the comp to gain her pro card is truly inspirational.

Shout out to for taking out 1st Place in the Men's Open at ICN Bodybuilding competition yesterday! Steve has dedicated a lot of time and effort with training and nutrition to get his physique ready for comp. We have worked closely during his preparation, making sure he was injury free. He has done all the right things to get that first place spot. Well done mate, very proud of your achievements!
