Sports Massage by Mason is for everyone – specialising in both general and sporting musculoskeletal injuries, aches and pains, across all age groups and backgrounds. I am a BSC Sports & Exercise Science Honour Graduate from the University of Chester, currently studying for my BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy. I specialise in sports and day-to-day musculoskeletal injuries, aches and pains across all age groups. I am a firm believer in understanding the root problem of an injury or reoccurring ailment, rather than just treating the symptoms. For me, it is key to educate my clients that small changes, movements and exercises can really make a big difference to their quality of life.
