→ Go early or go indoors. Morning sessions or air-conditioned movement are your best friends!

→ Hydrate before you’re thirsty - small sips often works best.

→ Slow, steady movement count. Pilates, gentle mobility and indoor circuits are great options when temps rise.

→ Listen to your body. Fatigue hits harder in summer.

Long drives, full flights, busy houses... the festive season can take a toll on your body faster than you think! A few small tweaks can make a big difference.

✈️ If you’re flying:
• Move your ankles + wiggle toes every 20–30 mins
• Stand and stretch when you can
• Pack a light scarf or jumper

🚗 If you’re driving:
• Breaks every 90 mins (even short ones)
• Adjust your seat so you’re not slumping
• Keep your water bottle accessible

🏡 If you’re hosting:
• Alternate standing and sitting
• Lift with your legs, not your back (yes, even the esky)
• Tag out when your body says “enough”
