Interesting article about “bodyweight training” - using your own body for strength training. Practicing yoga poses regularly will develop your body strength, and as Peter says, the more body parts you take off the floor, the harder it is and the more you'll develop your inner core strength and stamina. 💪🙏😀

Starting from Monday 13th October, we are adding a new class!

Cath will be teaching a Foundation Basics class from 11 to 12:20 am.
Her earlier class at 9:20 will remain as an 'Open to all levels' class.

Cath is also now taking the class on Sundays at 8am - it's an 'Open to all levels' class.
