Had so much fun this year playing over 45s with the mighty started the season a bit nervous and anxious......been a while since I laced up the boot (1993 was the last time I played a competitive football game!) Couldn't have asked for a better bunch of guys to play with, made me feel welcomed and because I was the youngest in the team they sure did make me RUN all season 😀

This is becoming a real issue. I see it every day!!

Prolonged scrolling on a phone can lead to neck pain and stiffness, often referred to as "text neck" or "tech neck." This condition arises from the repetitive stress of holding your head in a forward and downward position for extended periods, straining neck muscles and joints.

The weight of your head, which is roughly 5kg, is compounded by the angle of your neck. For every 15 degrees of tilt, the pressure on your neck doubles.

Limited range of motion in the neck

East Gosford Football Club InfoOne of the boys I coach in the 16A East Gosford Football Club Info has got a great opportunity to play overseas in the deaf olympics representing Australia.

Unfortunately, the event is non-sponsored so Joel has to fund his trip.
