We are passionate about early detection and intervention of breast cancer related lymphoedema, and are able to provide a monitoring program using current technology. Components of lymphoedema treatment provided to patients include:
Full physical evaluation; Manual Lymph Drainage (massage); compression bandaging; garment prescription; and patient education relating to the importance of exercise, skin care, travel precautions, diet and psychosocial support.

Happy Friday!! And tha’s a wrap!! I am jumping in the to relax and reset before the weekend. It is my little celebration for the mind after a big week, super charging my cellular energy.

Keep an eye out for my updates for my road trip to Echuca this weekend, and while I am the guest practitioner at . I will be taking my mum along for the ride so she can catch up friends, one of whom I will be treating while I am down there..reducing the pain and discomfort from radiation fibrosis using the treatment approach using the MLS Laser.

Proud doesn’t begin to cover it! Last weekend, my 10-year-old, Nat, took 3rd place in the U/12 Boys for the season with our local surfing club, Macs Own Boardriders (MOB). I also took 3rd in the Open Womens.

It was a beautiful, surreal moment to share the podium. We're so proud of Nat’s progress this year, finishing in the top 3 in his own quiet way.

This is what I do when I’m not working… surfing with my family. I’ve surfed for over 30 years and still feel the same energy and enthusiasm as the day I started.

Moments like this are what it’s all about!

We are in love with Mia, it was very hard to get back to work.

At Lymphatic Solutions we use current Bioimpedence Technology to enable us to adopt a Prospective Surveillance Model of practice in the early detection of breast cancer related lymphoedema.
