💚 WHAT IS A FEVER IN A CHILD?

Did you know that preschool aged children can have up to 5 to 10 infections a year....
💚 Depending on their age and time of day, your child's body temperature can be between 36.5-38 °C.
💚 Temperature higher than that is a fever in children.
💚 Fever is most often caused by a virus & most will pass on their own.

🩸ask the casualty to squeeze and apply direct pressure over the soft part of the nostrils, below the bridge of the nose.
🩸hold for at least 10 minutes- adults will have to hold children’s nose.
🩸if bleeding does not stop after 20 minutes… seek medical advice
