Meet Georgie – Our New Psychologist! 🌟

We’re thrilled to welcome Georgie to our team! She supports children, adolescents, and adults, with experience in disability services, private practice, TMS, and occupational rehab.

Her focus areas include:
💛 ADHD support
💛 Navigating perimenopause
💛 Promoting fair access to mental health services

Georgie takes a person-centred approach, using evidence-based strategies in a supportive, relaxed environment to help clients build resilience, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing.

Meet Simon Rowe – Counsellor & Zen Monk 🌿

You may remember Simon from before, but there’s always more to discover about him! Simon, also known as the Venerable Daiju Zenji, is an Australian-born Monk trained in the Rinzai Zen Buddhist tradition. With decades of experience teaching meditation in monasteries and communities across Japan, India, the USA, Europe, and Australia, Simon brings a truly unique perspective to counselling.

He blends traditional Zen practices with modern psychological approaches, creating a calm, contemplative space for clients to explore personal growth and mental well-being. Whether you're navigating a spiritual crisis, grief, relationship challenges, or men’s and adolescent health concerns, Simon offers holistic support tailored to your needs.

Simon is LGBTQIA+ and Neuro-spice friendly, and sessions are available both in-person and online.
